Service incubation lab

The field is not fixed in advance. If something is worth building, it gets built and operated until it can run on its own. What is in operation is listed below.

Portfolio

What has shipped so far

Quantum infrastructure, exercise coaching, an on-chain raffle, web measurement, a wireless environment check, shared listening with an AI DJ, in-venue matching, web AR, a still-life studio, notifications per organization, an order-book exchange on testnets, a multi-vendor shopping mall, a marketplace core with three verticals, a drone operations console, food and song pairings per venue, and one still being built: a memory-training room. Unrelated fields, all in production. Each was built and is operated in-house, neither licensed nor resold.

UQH

Beta
Universal Quantum Hub · Quantum computing

Vendor-neutral middleware for quantum computing. Write in the SDK you already use, and reach every connected processor through one pipeline: analysis, optimization, noise simulation, error mitigation, QEC, and cost estimation before you submit.

  • Nine SDK frameworks, eight hardware vendors, one interface
  • Rank devices on evidence before spending QPU time
  • UI, REST API, CLI, and an MCP server for AI agents

AMC

Beta
AI Motion Coaching · Community sports

Real-time exercise-form coaching from a single phone camera. A trainer's judgment criteria encoded as joint-angle rules, normalized against your own body baseline. Feedback names the correction instead of reporting an uninterpretable similarity score.

  • On-device inference. No video leaves the phone
  • One spoken cue during the set, a full report after it
  • Reps that could not be judged are reported with the reason and excluded from the count

BOR

Testnet
Blockchain On-chain Raffle · Base

An on-chain raffle where 90% of ticket sales become the prize. The 10% fee is a constant compiled into the contract, and the drand round each future draw will use is already determined. Anyone can verify the draw on-chain.

  • National lotteries return about 50%. BOR returns 90%
  • No setter for the fee, no proxy to swap the logic
  • BLS12-381 beacon verification on-chain, against RFC 9380 vectors

WCP

Beta
Web Capability Probe · Measurement

Checks that run in your own browser, reporting what the device actually exposes to the web. Every item is invoked rather than looked up, because a browser answering "yes" and a browser doing the thing are two different answers.

  • Execution instead of a support table. Five states instead of yes/no
  • Separates device limits from browser policy and server response headers
  • Send a measurement and get your device's tier and full breakdown back

LOCI

In development
Method of Loci · 3D memory training

A room you look around and place things in, then recall where they were. The 3D is not decoration: the method of loci is a spatial technique. Built as a testbed for the full pipeline: authoring, handoff, serving, and on-device measurement.

  • A room is one JSON file. Planning edits it; adding a room requires no code change
  • Five interchangeable runtimes draw the same scene: WebGL2, three.js, WebGPU, Canvas 2D, Unity WebGL
  • Every session reports frames, jank, input lag and load time from the device itself

BCON

Beta
Broadcast Commute Observation Networks · Wireless environment

Identifies weaknesses in the wireless environment in range (no encryption, one SSID answering from several APs, protections left off) and lists the corrective setting for each. Scored per place, with the components always shown.

  • Receives only. No connecting, no authenticating, no probing
  • One risk score per place, always shown with its parts
  • Each finding carries its remediation: a setting change or a connection habit

MP

Beta
Music Play · Music with an AI DJ

A music broadcast where an AI DJ takes requests and the stories behind them. Everyone connected hears the same song at the same point, with your story summarized over the intro. When nothing is queued, a curated catalog fills the slot.

  • No audio is served. A schedule, a playback time, each browser's own embed
  • First come, first served, plus weights. Stories go first; every score logged
  • One script, Korean and English. Two server-side voices, fixed or alternating by operator setting

CUE

Beta
Matching among the people already here

Finds you an opponent among the people already in the room. The QR on the venue screen is also proof of presence, which location data alone cannot establish. Everyone waiting is paired in one pass each round.

  • No decline button. Asking for someone else looks to the other side exactly like no answer
  • Criteria instead of a name. Who you are matched with is revealed only after both accept
  • Paired by round rather than first come. A longer wait weighs more, so no one is left out

WAR

Beta
Augmented reality that opens from a link

Runs augmented reality in a phone browser, on a world-tracking engine that became open source in February 2026. A real-size object stands in the room, 3D stands on printed matter, a face is tracked in real time, and a real object can be cut out of the view and stood beside them. Every frame stays on the device.

  • A link opens the camera. The engine is static files, so nothing is computed on a server
  • Place a sofa at its real size, cut a real object out of the camera view, or register your own printed matter as a target on the spot
  • Which demos run, what the objects are, every line of text: configuration, not code

POSY

Beta
A still-life studio that opens from a link

Arrange flowers in a browser and photograph them. Pick a stem, set a vase, choose a stage, turn it, and keep the shot. No score and no way to fail. Flowers, vases and sets carry no mesh files and no textures: every shape is generated at run time.

  • Eighteen flowers, five vases, five stages — all built in code, so the whole thing is a single small download
  • Tap to add and the stems space themselves evenly; drag and one goes exactly where you put it
  • Stand the arrangement in your own room through the camera and save the composite as one photo

OMP

Demo
Online Marketing Platform · Notifications per organization

A dedicated notification web app for each organization. Members scan a QR code, pick the topics they want, and notices arrive on the lock screen. Delivery is web push, so sending carries no per-message fee, unlike paid message channels.

  • Adding an organization is a form rather than a deployment: name, color, logo, topics
  • No name and no phone number. Age band, region and topics, with the consent record
  • Ad labeling, the night sending limit and opt-out are applied automatically when a message is sent

JGX

Testnet
Centralized exchange · Order book

An order-book exchange core that extends by configuration across markets, assets and networks. BTC, ETH and USDT markets, limit and market orders, MetaMask sign-in. Quotes track Binance live prices, and deposits and withdrawals run on Ethereum Sepolia and Bitcoin Testnet4.

  • Three markets and 33 pairs. Price-time matching with self-trade prevention
  • Deposits credited on block confirmation; withdrawals sent automatically within limits, with operator approval above them
  • Real-time order book and charts that follow live market prices

SHOP

Demo
Multi-vendor shopping mall · Commerce

A buyer storefront, a seller center per brand and an operator console on one domain. One cart and one payment across brands; at payment the order splits per seller, each seller ships its own share, and the buyer follows every shipment from one order.

  • Sellers isolated by channel: each account reaches only its own products and orders
  • Shipping with carrier and tracking number, tracking history, e-tax invoice preview per seller order
  • Korean commerce rules: won with VAT included, domestic delivery fee, five carriers

Beta
joygoLive Match · Marketplace core

A marketplace core that opens each vertical from a configuration file. Three run on it: software development outsourcing with milestone escrow, manufacturing RFQs where manufacturers pay per quote, and business spaces booked by the hour. Matching, the ledger, payouts and dispute mediation are shared. Invited users post real briefs, answered by joygoLive as the provider with the contract settled off-platform; demo listings stay hidden from their screens.

  • Three deal modes on one core: quotes with escrow, credit-based bids and hourly bookings
  • Double-entry ledger reconciled across escrow, payables and credit liability
  • Disputes freeze the deal and split the held funds; contact details are masked in chat

DMON

Demo
Drone operations console · Simulation

Ground control for several aircraft at once. Simulated aircraft report over the protocol real drones use, missions are drawn on the map and uploaded over the standard transfer sequence, and every flight is recorded and replayed. Korean airspace is checked along the route, not only at the waypoints.

  • Real MAVLink v2 throughout, so connecting an aircraft removes the simulator and leaves the console
  • Geofence uploaded to the aircraft — it stops itself, with no dependence on the link
  • Route checked every 100m against control and prohibited zones, with the requirements per aircraft

PICJAM

Beta
A witty mix of photo, song and line

See it (a photo), hear it (a song), say it (a witty line). Many people vote, and only the lines others agree with pass survival gates from 30 days to five years; five years makes the hall of fame.

  • Reactions as a vote, with wit counting double: wit 1, agree 0.5, not so sure −0.5
  • One tag per post, and the home screen filters by the most popular tags
  • AI song suggestions when nothing comes to mind, song battles, six survival gates with 1- and 2-year badges, a numbered hall of fame, AI screening and bot checks

Bring an idea

joygoLive builds and runs it
You plan and sell it
Whether it works, we find out together

The missing half of a product is rarely the code. If you have something worth building and no one to build it, joygoLive covers that half: design, implementation, deployment, and operation until it runs on its own. Planning, positioning, and distribution stay with you.

What joygoLive brings Technical feasibility and approach first. Then design, implementation, deployment, operation, and iteration. The services above were built this way across unrelated fields; the domain is not the constraint.
What you bring Product definition and target users; messaging, channel, and reaching the people who need it. A finished plan is not required. A clearly stated problem is enough.
A small build, verified together Bring it as it is: an idea, or a problem you want solved. A business plan is not required. We build a minimal version first and verify together whether it holds; if it does not look viable, you hear that early.

A posted idea is readable only by you and joygoLive. The list shows the start of the title, the date, and the status: the submission is on record without the idea being disclosed. No account or contact details are required; you set a password, and replies arrive as comments on your post. Posted ideas are not deleted.
